StarMemo is operated by XStudio for users aged 13 and older outside mainland China.

Data we process

We process birth information you choose to provide, questions, tarot readings, conversation history, user-controlled memory entries, account or installation identifiers, subscription status, consent records, and minimal operational request records needed for security and reliability. StarMemo does not use advertising tracking or session replay.

How we use data

We use this data to provide zodiac and tarot experiences, generate requested AI interpretations, maintain user-controlled memories, synchronize eligible account data, enforce subscription allowances, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Processors and international transfers

Supabase services in Singapore host the primary application database and API. Relevant prompts and up to a small number of user-confirmed memories may be sent to DeepSeek to generate requested AI features. DeepSeek may process data in the People's Republic of China. Public provider materials do not establish a fixed app-specific retention period, so avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

Your choices and deletion

You can view, correct, pause, and delete saved memories in the app. You can request an export or account deletion in the app and contact us for assistance. Deletion may take time across processors and backups. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction obligations.

Children

StarMemo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
