StarMemo is operated by XStudio for users aged 13 and older outside mainland China.

Data we process

We process birth information you provide, questions, tarot readings, conversation history, memory entries, account identifiers, subscription status, device diagnostics and limited usage analytics needed to operate the service.

How we use data

We use this data to provide zodiac and tarot experiences, generate AI interpretations, maintain user-controlled memories, synchronize accounts, prevent abuse and improve reliability.

Service providers and international processing

Our infrastructure may use Supabase services in Singapore and DeepSeek AI services. Your prompts and relevant memories may be transmitted to these providers and processed across borders to provide requested AI features.

Your choices

You can view, correct and delete saved memories in the app. You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or transaction records.

Children

StarMemo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
